Doctors warn against ignoring physical therapy due to its importance before and after surgical intervention, which includes undergoing laser, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation sessions in order to strengthen the shoulder muscles, in addition to therapeutic exercises to rehabilitate the shoulder joint.
